None of my cloths fit anymore, and I hate to admit it but I used to cry whenever I had to get dressed to go out.Some have struggled with weight issues their whole lives, some just want to lose that last 10 lbs, whatever your particular vice is, It’s hard when you look in the mirror and are not happy with the person staring back.On my journey to getting healthy (and happy), my partner Rob King, developed a system that has helped transform not only my life but also the lives of hundreds of our clients.
